Classroom benefits: For our courses we have lesson plans provided and we do not require you to cover
a minimum amount of material each day, you are free to work at the student’s pace, thereby fostering maximum opportunity for the exploration and learning of the English language.

Requirements: We require our teachers to have a university degree, to be a native English speaker, have TEFL or TESOL certification, and to be able to commit time in the evenings of EST (Canada/US) time, and the evenings of China’s time zone (CST). Please check before applying.

Our most successful teachers have a few qualities in common:
- They are fully committed to their students, speak in a comfortable and natural tone, and have a genuine interest in who their students are.
- They are quick to respond to messages from us when coordinating classes and are able to maintain
consistent attendance and availability week to week, month to month.
- They have a sense of play and use playfulness in classes, creating games and interesting activities
to go along with provided course materials.
